Staliá – σταλιά (sta’ʎa) is a Greek word which means a very small quantity or a little drop. It originates from the Greek verb “ενσταλάζω” (to infuse, to instill), which also means to inspire and to cultivate a feeling gradually and systematically.
Staliá is meticulously crafted from Gargalianoi, a small town of Western Messenia, on the Peloponnese, in Greece. Stalia aspired to offer little drops of the scent and flavour of Greece to the world.
