Since he was a teenager, he has been fascinated by the synesthesia generated by images, music and words. Raphaël Bidegaray loves the absurd and surrealism and is of a playful nature. He likes to have fun with the permeability of the senses: mixing them, merging them, twisting images and words through illustrations that look like posters and advertising slogans. With a minimalist, offbeat, humorous and sometimes impertinent style, he illustrates situations, moods, reflections and observations of daily life.
