Laguiole Olivewood Cheese Knife (Set of 2)

Jean Dubost Cheese Set includes Cheese Cleaver and Fork in closed wood packaging. The wide blade and cleaver shape allows the cutter use force and balance to push downward and cut slices. The placement of the handle keeps your knuckles from hitting the board. This beautiful Laguiole cheese set comes with a large cheese fork. It is helpful on a cheese board for picking up cut pieces of cheese for platin. It's two pointed prongs can also be used to break up blocks of aged cheese in to smaller chunks.

The Laguiole cutlery has been used in the south of France for over 200 years. Jean Dubost's family, inspired by the traditional peasant tool, has been crafting the artisan blades since 1920.
